Adecco SA, the world leader in employment services, today announced a strategic investment in jobs.com, Inc., the fastest-growing destination in on-line recruitment.
Under the terms of the deal, Adecco SA is acquiring approximately 5 percent of the equity in jobs.com, a privately held company, and is taking a seat on the jobs.com board of directors. In addition, the North American subsidiary of Adecco SA will be posting thousands of jobs listings on jobs.com's dynamic, recently redesigned website, with the companies working together to develop content and services tailored to the needs of people interested in temporary, contract and permanent positions. The alliance with jobs.com brings together the strengths of Adecco's core business in temporary work and career services with one of the most recognized URL's and brand names in Internet recruiting.
