Adecco Annual General Meeting: Juergen Dormann elected Adecco Chairman and Rolf Doerig Vice-Chairman; Klaus J. Jacobs elected Honorary President

At the Adecco Annual General Meeting held in Lausanne today, the shareholders elected Mr. Klaus J. Jacobs as Honorary President of Adecco SA; all other Board Members were re-elected for another term ending at next year's Annual General Meeting. The shareholders also elected Mr. Rolf Dörig as new member of the Board and approved the Board of Directors' proposal to declare a dividend of CHF 1.20 per share.

Zürich, Switzerland, May 8, 2007 

Subsequently the Board of Directors elected Mr. Jürgen Dormann (67) as Adecco Chairman and Mr. Rolf Dörig (50) as Vice-Chairman of Adecco SA.
Klaus J. Jacobs (70) was appointed Chairman of Adecco in November 2005. Mr. Jacobs was Co-Chairman - together with Mr. Philippe Foriel-Destezet - of the Board of Directors of Adecco from August 1996 to April 2002 and from July 2004 until November 2005. From November 2005 to August 2006 he was also the CEO of Adecco. Mr. Jacobs did not stand for re-election to the Board.
Mr. Jürgen Dormann (67) has been a member of the Board of Directors of Adecco since June 2004 and since November 2005 the Vice-Chairman.
The Board of Directors of Adecco SA consists of nine members.
